What is included in the registration fees

1. Admittance to the conference;
2. Name tag and meeting materials;
3. Access to all coffee breaks and lunches;
4. Attendance to the social events on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Student discount

You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2025–2026. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail (daniel.karapetyan@nottingham.ac.uk).
