Registration for PATAT 2014

Please register by the 30th of June via the online system.

If you are applying as a student, you need to provide an evidence of your student status at the conference entrance. This could be in the form of a letter (on headed notepaper) from your supervisor, or a copy of your university card showing your name, photograph and dates.

Fees

Fees for this conference are as follows:

The full registration includes attendance at the conference, copy of proceedings, coffee offered during the breaks, lunches, welcome reception on Tuesday at the Marriotte Hotel, dinner on Wednesday at the York Racecourse, banquet (reception, dinner, turntable demo, explainers) at the National Railway Museum on Thursday and transport to/from the dinner and banquet.

There will be a dedicated stream entitled "Practical Timetabling" for the practitioners as a part of PATAT 2014 on Wednesday. The practitioner registration includes single day attendance at the conference for Wednesday, copy of proceedings, coffee offered during the breaks, lunch, welcome reception on Tuesday at the Marriotte Hotel, dinner on Wednesday at the York Racecourse and transport to/from the dinner.
